5% of the product subtotal after discounts, minimum XAF 300; delivery calculated separately.. The fee is calculated from the product subtotal after discounts; it does not include delivery.

What it helps with
It supports the protected payment flow, the shared order record, Mbopy support, and review of eligible product or delivery problems.

What it does not mean
It is not a guarantee that a product is perfect. It is not a reason to pay outside Mbopy, and it never replaces checking the package.

Keep the order in Mbopy, keep your evidence, and share the confirmation code only after you receive and inspect the package.
